Inviting team members

Inviting team members to your company and buildings allows collaboration in the virtual workspace. Here is how to manage members.

Adding Company Admins

From the Admins section of your company dashboard, enter the Aris888 username of the person you want to add as an administrator. Company admins have full management access.

Adding Building Admins

Navigate to your building's Admins section to grant administrative privileges at the building level. Building admins can manage rooms, events, and Users within that building.

Adding Users

From the building's Users section, you can add team members as building Users. They will have access according to their assigned permission roles.

Managing Permissions

Define custom permission roles with specific flags such as screen sharing, draw board access, object interaction, and talk permissions. Assign these roles to Users based on their responsibilities.

Accepting Invitations

Invited members will see pending invitations in their account dashboard and can accept or decline them.
