Aris888 Metaverse

This Virtual Universe Use and License Agreement (“Agreement”) has been prepared to regulate the terms of use of all digital platforms, metaverse environments, virtual offices, virtual event areas, digital exhibition systems, Web 3.0-based infrastructures, software, mobile and web applications operated by Aris888 Metaverse Company, and all services connected to them.

This Agreement is binding on all real and legal persons who access the platform, register, create a company record, or benefit from the services in any way. The User is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement from the moment they access the platform.

Aris888 may add new services, modules, virtual spaces, and technologies over time due to the nature of the digital ecosystem. The User accepts these developments and changes in advance.

1. MEMBERSHIP AND USER AGREEMENT

1.1 Membership Process and Declaration

The User accepts and declares that all information provided during registration to the Aris888 platform is correct, up-to-date, and belongs to them. In the event that the information provided by the User is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, all legal, financial, and criminal liabilities that may arise belong exclusively to the User.

The User accepts that they are of legal age or have legal representative approval when registering on the platform. Aris888 reserves the right to request age verification or additional identity verification when deemed necessary.

1.2 Account Security and Responsibility

The user account is personal and cannot be transferred, rented, sold, or opened for joint use to third parties in any way. The User is obliged to protect the confidentiality of their account information.

All transactions carried out through the account are deemed to have been performed by the User. Aris888 is not responsible for any damages arising from the User violating their account security, leaking their password, or sharing it with third parties.

1.3 Platform Terms of Use

The User accepts that they will use the platform only for lawful purposes. Any action that weakens the technical infrastructure of the platform, manipulates the systems, negatively affects the experience of other users, or endangers platform security is strictly prohibited.

Spam content generation, use of fake accounts, unauthorized transactions with automated systems, data scraping attempts, and similar technical misuses are prohibited.

1.4 Account Suspension and Termination

Aris888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account, limit access to services, or completely terminate the account without any prior notice if users act in violation of this Agreement or community rules.

2. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

2.1 Nature of the License

All software, launcher, web applications, mobile applications, metaverse engines, 3D scenes, user interfaces, and all digital systems offered by Aris888 are provided to the user only under a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive use license.

This license does not imply any transfer of ownership rights to the user.

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform; software, graphics, interface designs, 3D models, system architectures, brand elements, logos, texts, and all other digital assets belong to Aris888 or the respective right holders and are protected under national/international intellectual property laws.

The User cannot:

Copy,
Reproduce,
Reverse engineer,
Attempt to decompile or extract source code,
Redistribute for commercial purposes,
Create derivative works.

2.3 Prohibited Technical Interventions

The User cannot make any attempt to bypass the security mechanisms of the platform. This includes the use of bots, exploits, data manipulation, API abuse, and exploitation of system vulnerabilities.

2.4 Updates and Technical Changes

Aris888 may perform software updates, security patches, interface changes, and system improvements to develop the platform. The User accepts that these updates are a natural part of the service.

3. WEB 3.0 AND DIGITAL ASSET TERMS OF USE

3.1 Nature of Digital Assets

All digital items used within the platform; avatars, virtual clothing, digital products, virtual space designs, NFT-like assets, and user content, are provided for use within the Aris888 ecosystem.

These assets provide the user with a limited right of use, not ownership.

3.2 Web3 Infrastructure and Risks

Aris888 may use or integrate Web 3.0 technologies, blockchain systems, digital wallets, and token-based infrastructures in the future.

The User accepts that these systems:

May contain technical interruptions,
May contain irreversible transactions,
May be affected by third-party networks,
May carry the risk of value fluctuation

accepts.

3.3 Third-Party Links

The platform may work integrated with external blockchain networks, wallet providers, or digital services. The security and operation of these services are the responsibility of the respective third parties.

3.4 Content Responsibility

The legality, intellectual property rights, and accuracy of all content uploaded to the platform by the user are entirely the responsibility of the user.

4. COMMUNITY CONDUCT PRINCIPLES

4.1 General Principles

The Aris888 platform aims to provide a safe, professional, and respectful digital environment for users to interact. All users are obliged to respect the rights of other users while using the platform.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Insults, threats, harassment, and bullying,
Hate speech and discrimination,
Sharing misleading information,
Use of fake accounts or identities,
Spam, advertising spam, and unsolicited content,
Sharing malicious software, links, or files,
Attempts to violate platform security.

4.3 Moderation Authority

Aris888 has the authority to remove content, warn users, restrict access, or suspend accounts in order to ensure community order.

4.4 Event and Interaction Rules

Users' behaviors in virtual events, meetings, and interaction areas must be within the framework of professional ethical rules. Users who disrupt the order of the organization may be removed from the event.

5. COMPANY COMMUNITY RULES

5.1 Company Responsibilities

All companies registered on the platform are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legality of the content they share. Companies declare that they have all necessary permissions regarding brand usage and content publishing.

5.2 Virtual Space Use

Virtual office, store, or event spaces allocated to companies can only be used for commercial activities. These spaces cannot be misused, contain misleading content, or be organized in a way that disrupts the user experience.

5.3 Commercial Ethics and Prohibitions

Companies cannot;

Create fake campaigns,
Make misleading advertisements,
Use unauthorized brands,
Promote illegal products or services,
Generate content that will mislead users.

5.4 Corporate Events

In virtual events organized by companies, data security, content accuracy, and user privacy must be ensured. Otherwise, Aris888 reserves the right to stop or remove the event.

5.5 Sanctions

The content of companies acting contrary to the rules may be removed, their access may be restricted, or they may be completely removed from the platform.
