Distance Sales Contract

This Distance Sales Contract ('Agreement') governs the rights and obligations of the parties for all digital products, virtual spaces, services, and subscriptions ('Service') purchased through the Aris888 platform, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By making a payment on the platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is concluded between the following parties: Seller: Aris888 Company Address: Arabacıalanı Mahallesi, Mehmet Akif Ersoy Caddesi, No:44 Daire:105, Serdivan/Sakarya, Turkey Email: info@aris888.com Web: www.aris888.io Buyer: The real or legal person who registers and makes payment through the platform ('User').

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of digital products, virtual spaces, subscription packages, event tickets, and similar services that the User orders and purchases electronically through the Aris888 platform. The essential characteristics, total price, payment terms, and installment options (if any) of the Service subject to this Agreement are clearly presented to the User on the payment page, and the User acknowledges having read and confirmed this information.

3. PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY OF SERVICE

The services provided by Aris888 are digital in nature and do not include physical delivery. Upon successful completion of payment, the purchased Service is immediately assigned to the User's account and becomes ready for use. Aris888 sends the invoice and payment confirmation for the purchased service to the User electronically. Responsibility for delays in service performance lies with Aris888, except in cases of technical failures in the payment system and force majeure.

4. PAYMENT AND PRICING

The service fee and any installment options are clearly communicated to the User on the payment page. All prices may be in Turkish Lira (₺), US Dollars ($), or Euros (€) and are presented including taxes. Aris888 works with licensed payment institutions (Iyzico, PayTR) as payment infrastructure. Credit card information is not stored on Aris888 servers; all payment transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructures. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided card information and for being authorized to make the payment.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal in distance contracts regarding digital content and services that are performed instantly in electronic environment and initiated with the consumer's approval. By making the payment, the User accepts that they have consented to the performance of the Service and that the right of withdrawal has terminated. In cases of defective service, incomplete performance, or technical errors, the User may contact Aris888 via info@aris888.com. Aris888 will evaluate the application and conclude it within 14 business days at the latest.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement is deemed established upon the User checking the 'I have read and accept the Distance Sales Contract' checkbox on the payment page and is concluded electronically. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The current Agreement is always published on the platform, and changes take effect on the date of publication. Turkish Republic courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. Effective Date: 16.07.2026
