Corporate Virtual Space Service and Use Agreement
Terms and conditions of use for virtual offices, digital exhibitions, metaverse spaces, corporate showrooms, event stages, and all digital property-based services.
This Corporate Virtual Space Service and Use Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared to regulate the terms of use for virtual offices, digital exhibitions, metaverse spaces, corporate showrooms, event stages, and all digital property-based services operated by Aris888 Metaverse Company.
This Agreement is binding upon all natural and legal persons ("User / Corporate Member") who create a corporate account, rent a virtual space, acquire digital property, or benefit from corporate services on the Aris888 platform. By using the services, the User is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this Agreement.
Aris888 reserves the right to develop, modify, or restructure the scope of virtual spaces, digital properties, and corporate services over time due to the nature of the digital ecosystem.
1. CORPORATE SERVICE AGREEMENT
The User accepts that the corporate services offered by Aris888 cover virtual office spaces, digital showrooms, metaverse-based event halls, brand promotion areas, and similar digital properties.
The corporate user undertakes to use the virtual space allocated to them solely for their commercial activities and in accordance with the applicable legislation, commercial ethics, and platform policies.
While ensuring the continuity of the services, Aris888 accepts that temporary service interruptions may occur due to infrastructure maintenance, updates, system improvements, or technical necessities.
The corporate user is directly responsible for all content publications, brand promotions, and user interactions they perform on the platform.
2. VIRTUAL SPACE AND DIGITAL PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS
The virtual spaces and digital properties allocated to the corporate user do not imply a transfer of ownership and are only offered within the scope of usage rights. This right cannot be transferred, rented, or sublicensed to third parties.
The User may use the virtual spaces allocated to them only within the Aris888 platform and within the specified technical limits. Out-of-platform use, copying, reproduction, or transfer to other systems is strictly prohibited.
All contents within the virtual space, including images, 3D objects, texts, video content, advertising spaces, and digital displays, must comply with platform rules. Aris888 reserves the right to remove or restrict access to contents it deems inappropriate.
The corporate user may not keep any content that violates third-party rights, is misleading, illegal, or disrupts public order within the virtual space.
3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION
All software, system architectures, metaverse infrastructure, 3D designs, user interfaces, graphic elements, brand elements, and digital content within the Aris888 platform are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and relevant legislation.
In this context, all intellectual and industrial property rights belong to Aris888 or third-party licensors. The corporate user cannot claim any ownership rights over these contents.
The User cannot copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, attempt to access source codes, create derivative works, or redistribute systems for commercial purposes.
Furthermore, trademarks, logos, and visual elements within the platform cannot be used in any way without the permission of Aris888.
4. VIRTUAL COMMERCE AND ADVERTISING PRINCIPLES
Corporate users are obliged to comply with the principles of honesty, transparency, and compliance with the law in all commercial activities they perform on the platform.
Advertising activities carried out in virtual spaces must not contain misleading information, must not be deceptive to the consumer, and must comply with the applicable advertising legislation.
Corporate users cannot run fake campaigns, false discounts, misleading product promotions, or unauthorized brand use on the platform.
Aris888 reserves the right to pre-screen, refuse to publish, remove, or limit the visibility of advertising content.
All legal and financial responsibilities that may arise within the scope of virtual commerce activities belong to the corporate user. Aris888 only acts as a technical infrastructure provider.
This Corporate Virtual Space Service and Use Agreement enters into force at the moment access to the platform is provided and is binding on the corporate user. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this agreement; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
