Service level agreement (SLA) and limitation of liability notice for virtual offices, digital exhibitions, launcher, and metaverse infrastructure services.
This Corporate Service and Operation Notice ("Notice") has been prepared to regulate the service level commitments and liability limits related to the use of all digital services, metaverse platforms, virtual office systems, digital exhibition spaces, corporate software infrastructures, launcher systems, and all related technological services operated by Aris888 Metaverse Company.
This Notice is binding on all natural and legal persons who create a corporate account, purchase services, rent a virtual space, or benefit from corporate services in any way on the Aris888 platform.
By utilizing the services, the corporate user is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this Notice.
Aris888 undertakes to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the continuity, security, and performance of the digital services it offers at the highest possible level.
Platform services are offered with the target of uninterrupted access, including metaverse spaces, virtual offices, digital exhibition systems, and corporate dashboard infrastructures. However, the user accepts that there may be interruptions due to maintenance work, updates, infrastructure improvements, and third-party service providers due to the nature of internet-based systems.
Aris888 undertakes to notify planned maintenance works in advance whenever possible. In cases requiring emergency intervention, the system may be temporarily disabled or restricted without notification.
Aris888 aims to keep the platform accessibility at a high level within the framework of commercially reasonable efforts. However, no uninterrupted service guarantee is given.
The following situations are evaluated out of SLA scope:
Aris888 aims to optimize latency times, data processing speed, and system response times by continuously monitoring platform performance.
However, the user accepts that performance may vary depending on device hardware, internet connection, and third-party systems.
Aris888 offers technical support services to its corporate users. Support requests are received via e-mail, support system, or in-platform communication channels.
Support response times may vary according to the nature of the request. Critical system errors are evaluated with priority.
The corporate user accepts that Aris888 is only a technology and infrastructure provider, and all content, transactions, and commercial activities carried out on the platform are under the user's responsibility.
Aris888 cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, data loss, income loss, business stoppage, loss of reputation, or commercial losses that may arise as a result of using the platform.
In no event shall Aris888 be liable for the following damages:
The corporate user accepts that the platform contains technical risks due to being an internet-based system. These risks may include:
Aris888 can work integrated with cloud service providers, payment infrastructures, analysis tools, and other third-party systems. Errors and interruptions resulting from these services are not under Aris888's responsibility.
The corporate user is solely responsible for all transactions they perform, content they upload, and commercial activities they conduct on the platform.
The user accepts that they will be responsible for all legal and financial consequences that will arise if they use the platform unlawfully.
This Corporate Service and Operation Notice enters into force from the moment access to the platform is provided and is binding on the corporate user. Aris888 reserves the right to change SLA conditions and liability limits; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
