This Corporate Information Security, Trade Secret and Loyalty Statement ("Statement") has been prepared by Aris888 Metaverse Company to regulate the information security, trade secret protection, and access security obligations of employees working on all digital platforms, metaverse infrastructure, virtual office systems, corporate work areas, management panels, and all related software services. This Statement is binding on all individuals working as employees, administrators, or authorized users within the Aris888 ecosystem. A user is deemed to have accepted this Statement's provisions by providing access to the system.
1. EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIALITY UNDERTAKING
The employee accepts and undertakes to keep all trade secrets, technical information, user data, system architecture, software infrastructure, business processes, and corporate strategies of Aris888 confidential during their term of service and indefinitely after. In this context, the employee cannot share any confidential information with third parties, cannot disclose it, cannot copy it, or cannot use it for personal or corporate benefit. The confidentiality obligation is not limited only to the term of service but is indefinite in nature, and all legal and criminal responsibility for violating it rests with the employee.
2. VIRTUAL DATA SECURITY AND SCREENSHOT PROHIBITION
The employee cannot export, copy, share, or take screenshots of any data they access within the Aris888 platforms without authorization. User data, trade information, internal panels, metaverse areas, and operational screens located within the system are of confidential data nature. Taking screenshots, recording, creating video recordings, or copying data through similar methods is strictly prohibited. If this prohibition is violated, access authority is immediately revoked and necessary legal processes are initiated. Aris888 reserves the right to monitor screen movements, access logs, and user activities to ensure system security.
3. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS SECURITY
The employee is directly responsible for the security of all accounts, access keys, authentication credentials, and system login information assigned to them. Password sharing, providing unauthorized access, or sharing account information with third parties is strictly prohibited. The employee accepts not to engage in any behavior that could compromise account security, not to misuse security vulnerabilities, and not to manipulate system access. In case of any security breach, suspicious access, or data leak, the employee is obligated to immediately notify Aris888.
4. TRADE SECRET AND LOYALTY OBLIGATION
The employee accepts to protect Aris888's trade secrets, not to act contrary to company interests, and to behave in accordance with corporate loyalty principles. The employee cannot engage in any action that could damage Aris888; cannot share data with competitor systems, cannot transfer corporate information to third parties. The loyalty obligation continues even after the employment relationship ends.
FINAL CLAUSE
This Corporate Information Security, Trade Secret and Loyalty Statement enters into force at the moment the employee provides access to the system or is authorized and is binding. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this text; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
