Corporate Administrator Authorization and Use Agreement
Administrator authorization and use agreement regulating corporate management processes on the platform
This Corporate Administrator Authorization and Use Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared by Aris888 Metaverse Company to regulate corporate management processes through all digital platforms, metaverse infrastructure, virtual office systems, corporate panels, digital exhibition areas and all related software services. This Agreement is binding on all individuals and legal entities who create a corporate account on the Aris888 platform, have administrator authority defined, or have access to corporate panels. A corporate user is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement by receiving and using administrator authority.
1. ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATION AND AUTHORITY COMMITMENT
The person or persons ("Administrator") to whom administrator authority is granted on behalf of the corporate user declares that they have authority to represent the company. The Administrator accepts that all transactions they perform on the platform are binding on the corporate user. The Administrator undertakes that the access authorizations granted to them will be used only for the purposes of conducting corporate activities, these authorizations cannot be misused, and cannot be transferred to third parties. All transactions performed through the Administrator account are deemed to have been performed directly by the corporate user. All responsibility for unauthorized use, negligence, or security vulnerabilities lies with the corporate user. Aris888 reserves the right to restrict or revoke administrator authorities for security, compliance, or system integrity reasons.
2. VIRTUAL PANEL AND INFRASTRUCTURE USAGE TERMS
The corporate panel is the central control area where all digital services provided by Aris888 are managed. Through this panel, users can manage virtual offices, metaverse areas, events, user roles, and content. The corporate user is obligated to limit panel access only to authorized persons. Preventing unauthorized access, protecting access information, and implementing security measures are entirely the responsibility of the user. Using the corporate panel for purposes other than intended, interfering with system integrity, manipulating data, or performing unauthorized transactions is strictly prohibited. Aris888 has the right to record all transactions performed on the panel for security and audit purposes and to conduct investigations when necessary.
3. CORPORATE BRAND AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMMITMENT
The corporate user accepts that all brand elements, software, visual designs, 3D content, system interfaces, and digital infrastructure components used on the Aris888 platform are protected under Aris888's intellectual and industrial property rights. The corporate user may only use the Aris888 brand within the scope permitted by the platform. Any use that damages brand value, is misleading, unauthorized, or weakens commercial reputation is strictly prohibited. The corporate user accepts that if they use the Aris888 brand in content created on the platform, it will comply with platform guidelines, otherwise the use may be removed. No claim of ownership can be made over any element related to the Aris888 brand, system, or infrastructure.
4. SECURITY AND AUTHORIZATION RESPONSIBILITY
The corporate user is directly responsible for the security of administrator accounts, access controls, and user authorizations. All damages resulting from password sharing, unauthorized access, or internal security breaches belong to the corporate user.
FINAL CLAUSE
This Corporate Administrator Authorization and Use Agreement enters into force at the moment access to the platform is provided or administrator authority is granted and is binding on the corporate user. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
