Building Management and Local Authorization Agreement
Agreement regulating virtual building management and local authorization processes
This Building Management and Local Authorization Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared by Aris888 Metaverse Company to regulate the management principles of the metaverse platform, virtual city structure, digital building systems, virtual office complexes, event areas, and all related digital property and infrastructure. This Agreement is binding on all individuals and legal entities within the Aris888 ecosystem to whom building management authority is granted, appointed as local administrator, or given operational control over virtual structures. A user holding the status of building administrator declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Agreement by using the platform.
1. LOCAL AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY LIMITS
The authority granted to a building administrator is limited only to the virtual building, structure, or digital area assigned to them. This authority does not cover the general system architecture of the Aris888 platform, other user areas, or central management infrastructure. The building administrator is obligated to use the authority granted to them only in a manner appropriate to the platform's functioning, order, and user experience. This authority cannot in any way be used to compromise system integrity, violate other users' rights, or endanger platform security. Aris888 reserves the right to unilaterally restrict, modify, or revoke local authorities for technical, operational, or security reasons.
2. VIRTUAL BUILDING DESIGN AND VISUAL ARRANGEMENT RULES
The building administrator has the authority to customize the interior and exterior design of their assigned virtual building within certain limits. However, this customization right is limited by technical standards, performance criteria, and aesthetic integrity rules established by Aris888. All visual elements used within the virtual building; logos, 3D models, advertising panels, digital content, and user interfaces must be used in a way that does not compromise the general design integrity of the platform. A building administrator cannot have content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, is misleading, unlawful, or would damage platform values within the building. Aris888 has the right to remove or modify designs, content, or visual arrangements it does not deem appropriate.
3. BUILDING EVENT AND MODERATION AUTHORITY
The building administrator may have the authority to organize events within their assigned virtual building, invite users, publish content, and carry out basic moderation activities. This authority must be used in accordance with the platform's general community rules and Aris888's established event standards. All events conducted within the building must comply with content security, user behavior, data privacy, and business ethics rules. Otherwise, Aris888 has the right to stop events, restrict access, or remove content. The building administrator is fully responsible for user behavior occurring within the building and is obligated to intervene with moderation when necessary.
4. SECURITY AND AUTHORIZATION AUDITING
The building administrator is responsible for the secure use of the authorities granted to them. In case of authority misuse, system manipulation, or unauthorized transaction detection, Aris888 may immediately restrict or completely revoke the relevant access. The platform has the right to record all local management activities for security and system integrity purposes.
FINAL CLAUSE
This Building Management and Local Authorization Agreement enters into force at the moment building management authority is granted and is binding on the relevant user. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
