This Statement is binding on all individuals and legal entities appointed as building administrators within the Aris888 system. A building administrator is deemed to have accepted this Statement's provisions by using their authority.
1. BUILDING DATA AND VISITOR PRIVACY
The building administrator accepts that all user movements, visitor data, interaction records, and content flows occurring within their responsible virtual building are evaluated within the scope of privacy principles. In this context, the building administrator cannot share, export, or use unauthorized visitor personal data, behavior analysis, communication content, or platform interaction records with third parties in any way. All data and information obtained within the building can only be used for the purpose of platform functioning and providing user experience. Going beyond this limit is strictly prohibited. Aris888 reserves the right to record building data movements for security and audit purposes and to conduct investigations when necessary.
2. LOCAL ACCESS SECURITY
The building administrator is directly responsible for the security of the access authorities granted to them. Protecting access information, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring system security are the primary obligations of the building administrator. Unauthorized access, password sharing, account transfer, or misuse of security vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. In case such situations are detected, Aris888 has the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or completely terminate the relevant access. The building administrator accepts not to use any software, tools, or methods that could threaten system security.
3. COMPANY HIERARCHY COMPLIANCE
The building administrator is obligated to fully comply with the corporate hierarchy, management model, and operational arrangements established by Aris888. In this context, the building administrator cannot act in violation of central management decisions, platform policies, and senior management instructions. Building management is not an independent structure but operates as a subordinate management unit within the Aris888 system integrity. In case of non-compliance with company hierarchy, Aris888 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or completely revoke building management authorities.
4. OPERATIONAL SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY
The building administrator is obligated to ensure operational security in the areas they are responsible for. Maintaining platform order, monitoring user behavior, and intervening when necessary are within the building administrator's area of responsibility. In case of security breaches, data leaks, misuse, or systemic risks, the building administrator is obligated to immediately notify Aris888.
FINAL CLAUSE
This Building Administrator Privacy and Operational Security Statement enters into force at the moment building management authority is granted and is binding on the building administrator. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this statement; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
