Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, you can reset it using the account recovery options.

Step 1: Access Account Recovery

Visit the Account Access Problems page. You will see options to reset via email, phone, or linked account.

Step 2: Choose a Contact Method

Select your preferred contact method (email or phone) and enter the corresponding information. Note that you can only submit one password reset request every 30 minutes.

Step 3: Complete Human Verification

Complete the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to verify you are not a robot, then submit your request.

Step 4: Check Your Email or Phone

You will receive a password reset link or code. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Step 5: Set a New Password

Follow the link to the password reset page and enter a new password that meets the complexity requirements. After successful reset, log in with your new password.
