Screen sharing allows you to present content to others in your virtual office or conference room.

Enabling Screen Sharing

Screen sharing must be enabled in the room's permission settings. Admins can configure this from the building's permission management section.

Starting a Screen Share

Once inside a room with screen sharing enabled, use the screen share button in the interface to begin presenting. Your screen will be visible to all participants.

Compatible Room Types

Screen sharing works in Office and Conference room types, making it ideal for presentations, demonstrations, and collaborative work sessions.

Tracking Usage

Building administrators can view screen sharing statistics, including count and duration, from the building's statistics dashboard.
