Agreement regulating use, conduct, and representation obligations of virtual building employees
This Virtual Building Employee Use and Conduct Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared by Aris888 Metaverse Company to regulate the use, conduct, and representation obligations of employees working in the metaverse platform, virtual office systems, digital workplaces, corporate building structures, and all virtual work areas. This Agreement is binding on all individuals authorized as employees within the scope of virtual office, corporate building, or digital workplace within the Aris888 ecosystem. A user providing access to the platform as an employee is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
The employee accepts that they will use the assigned virtual office space only within the scope of corporate business processes. This area; apart from meetings, communications, task management, project tracking, and work flows cannot be used for any personal, commercial, or unauthorized purpose. All operations performed within the virtual office area are evaluated within the scope of corporate activities and may produce binding results on behalf of the company. The employee undertakes not to provide unauthorized access to virtual office systems, not to disrupt system order, and not to engage in any activity that would damage the platform's technical infrastructure. Aris888 reserves the right to monitor virtual office use for system security, performance, and corporate integrity reasons.
The employee is obligated to act professionally, respectfully, and in accordance with corporate ethics rules in all communications and behaviors in the virtual workplace environment. In this context, the employee:
All written, visual, and verbal communication made in the virtual workplace environment may be recorded and used in corporate audit processes. Aris888 has the right to restrict, suspend, or completely terminate the access of users found to disrupt workplace order.
The employee accepts that they represent the corporate entity while present in the virtual environment. This representation is not limited only to internal communications but covers all interactions within the platform. The employee undertakes not to engage in behavior that damages the company's reputation, not to make statements contrary to company policies, and not to display attitudes that would misrepresent corporate identity. Since the employee's behavior can directly impact corporate reputation, they are deemed to be solely responsible for all their actions. Aris888 and/or the relevant corporate user has the right to take necessary disciplinary and access measures upon detecting conduct contrary to representation authority.
This Virtual Building Employee Use and Conduct Agreement enters into force at the moment the employee provides access to the system or is authorized and becomes binding. Aris888 reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
